Ladies, when it looks too good to be true it probably is. I am incredibly disappointed in GILT with their lack of quality control and authentication practices. I understand that this is supposed to be a FLASH SALE sort of website that offers designer items at discounted prices. I have made several purchases on this site and purchased 3 different types of PRADA pumps/flats. The shoes did not come with any dust bags and I wore one of the pumps 2 times and the GOLD PRADA logo on the bottom sole broke off leaving only ADA on the shoe - mind you this happened identically to both left and right pumps. BOTH broke off at the same exact location. I have inspected all shoes and have paid to get them authenticated and was told that they were not authentic PRADA shoes. I am beyond sad and angry that they are not taking any accountability for marketing counterfeit products and making MAJOR PROFITS on inauthentic items masking them as designer. They should be investigated and now I'm questioning if SAKS Fifth are selling fakes as well...

really bad services they don't know how to talk English they are disrespectful and none professional and they scream over the phone the supervisor is really mean and bad his name is Sam

It is a scam website, I bought the 24 kt gold masks, it doing nothing for me but disgust by the smell and fake gel . I have been full to buy them.

I got the wrong colour bracelet that I ordered and it was packaged in the most horrible way, just shoved into a brown envelope, no tags on the jewellery or anything. I then emailed them and after several weeks I still haven’t heard anything back from them! Awful customer service.

I bought a few items off a site, the sale was confirmed with an order number. The next day they cancelled the order with no reason and when I pushed back they said they were out of stock except they weren’t. I found one of my items still for sale at a much higher price with 3 still available in my size. Someone made a huge error at gilt and maybe added items to that sale by mistake and instead of honoring the order they cancelled the order. This is not an honorable company and have way to much competition to be this complacement with good customers. They have stopped replying to me!

I did not order from here simply cause they require an email address before you can even browse their website. No thanks.

Such slow shipping time after placing an order. Most orders I have placed take average 3-4 weeks to get to my door. This is so slow compared to Amazon or other sites these days. They should look into expediting this service.

I have spent thousands, and thousands of dollars with gilt.com! I have had several issues. This was the worst! I had ordered linen sheets, they were very available when I ordered them! Then LATER I get a email that they are don't have any left! Someone was supposed to contact me from higher up! Nothing! Bad, Bad Customer Service! They could care less! Stay Away!

I ordered a purse from Gilt a Tiffany and Fred. Thought that was a good price. It took them 3 weeks just to ship it off. When I got it, it really didnt look like the picture and there was scratches on the metal and a little of the white on the metal too from the purse. They try to make it look like the real thing but it's not. The site needs to be shut down, selling fake items

They advertise an item for nearly 50% off, yet its a lie. You can usually buy the exact same
Item at full price in mutiple stores, cheaper than Gilt. Why would anyone pay more to buy a non-returnable item that they pretend is on sale when the “sale” price is higher than the regular price everywhere else? Its a scam.

I am still waiting for the evening dress to be delivered. It is on its way. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and got a half of the clothes. Looking ofrward to get it soon.
